Consolidating a model of support for gastronomy

The Corpinnat Gastronomic Festival reaches its sixth edition as a benchmark event in the Penedès region. Originally established in 2021 to support the restaurant sector, the festival has evolved into a platform that highlights local territory and products.
This year’s official poster was designed by students from the Escola Arsenal de Vilafranca del Penedès, symbolizing the craftsmanship that makes every evening possible. For two months, the 22 wineries belonging to the collective brand open their doors to offer experiences connecting top-tier chefs with long-aged sparkling wines. This format allows visitors to enjoy cultural and gastronomic proposals in historic spaces, often restricted to the general public, ensuring a total immersion in the culture of premium sparkling wine.
Unique experiences among vineyards and cellars
The 2026 program includes a total of 57 dinners featuring more than 40 chefs, with proposals ranging from traditional to avant-garde cuisine. Each session typically begins at 8:00 PM with a private guided tour of the winery facilities, followed by an outdoor dinner starting at 9:00 PM.
Meals take place in iconic settings such as manor courtyards, gardens, and underground cellar areas. Wineries such as Torelló, Recaredo, Gramona, or Llopart host renowned restaurants like La Llotja de Roses, Tunateca Balfegó, or Les Tres Alzines. The technical goal is to pair culinary excellence with still wines and Corpinnats that offer the complexity of extended aging. Limited capacity, often set at a maximum of 40 people, ensures an exclusive experience and direct contact with the product.
Booking management and activities program
The organization centralizes all information through the official festival portal, where users can filter evenings by date, chef, or price. Prices for each experience—which include the full tasting menu, wines, and the guided tour—usually range between 100 and 200 euros.
It is important to note that this proposal is geared towards an adult audience and is often not recommended for children under 14. Reservations must be made directly with the participating restaurants or wineries. Given the limited number of seats, early booking is advised, along with prior communication of any special diets or allergies. The festival thus completes a circle that unites the Penedès landscape with today’s best dining, offering a contemporary vision of high-end wine tourism.
